GRAPPA DI TAURASI
This excellent grappa is made by distilling the vinacce (wine-soacked grape residues
left over from the winemaking process) of red Taurasi wine.
It uses the traditional, discontinuous method of steam-distilling that has long been
favoured by the best distillers.
Crystal clear, its perfume is like a velvety, fruity whisper.
A warming grappa, gentle and well-balanced, whose aftertaste hints of almond.
A grappa to mediate with.
